Process-1

• Select the Hose (as per customer specification).
• Cut the Hose in required sizes by cutting machine.
• Air Cleaning.
• Skive the outer cover of the Hose (if required).

Process-2

• Select the End Fitting (as per customer specification).
• Put the making/identification on outer side of the sleeve/socket.
• Push the fitting on the hose.

Process-3

• Crimping - Carryout the Assembling at Crimping machine (as per specified Crimp Chart).

Process-4

• Pressure testing.
• Flushing.
• Air Cleaning.

Process-5

• Pre-dispatch Inspection.
• Packing & Dispatch.
